Supreme Court Oral Arguments: State v. Smith

Oral arguments from the Wisconsin State Supreme Court on case 2008AP1011-CR – State v. James W. Smith. In this case, the Supreme Court is asked to review the constitutionality of requiring a person convicted of a crime with no sexual component to register as a sex offender. Oral arguments were heard on September 15, 2009 at the state Capitol.
