Assembly Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety

On January 9, 2020, the Assembly Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety will hold an executive session and a public hearing on bills relating to increased penalties for crimes against elder persons, financial exploitation of vulnerable adults, financial exploitation of vulnerable adults with securities accounts, statewide urban search and rescue task force, claims for compensation for post-traumatic stress disorder by police officers and fire fighters under the worker’s compensation law, funding for service award payments, and committing disorderly conduct while wearing a mask and providing a penalty.
