On September 8, 2026, the Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on Buddy’s Plant Plus Corporation v. Viking Masek Global Packaging Technologies, LLC. Case Number 2023AP2428. This is a review of a decision of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District II (headquartered in Waukesha), which affirmed a Sheboygan County Circuit Court order, Judge George A. Limbeck presiding, that awarded Buddy’s Plant Plus Corporation $256,201.11 plus interest for Viking Masek Global Packaging Technologies, LLC’s breach of contract.
