Spot News Gathering Use

As a general guideline, credentialed news organizations are authorized to record, reproduce, edit, transmit, publicly display and perform our content while keeping all copyright, trademark, and other ownership notices in the content intact. For greater detail and guidance please refer to Point 6 (Spot News Gathering Use) in our Terms of Use.

Additionally and where possible, we request news organizations link back to the original WisEye video content, as a courtesy to our mission.

Members of the media have access to WisEye’s two video feeds that terminate in the State Capitol Press Room and connect to our cameras in the State Assembly and State Senate chambers. The function is to feed the two televisions in the room, as well as provide a feed for broadcasters.

How to Use:

WisEye Pool 1 – Senate Feed

This is a 1080i branded feed used to feed an AJA breakout box. Each box is configured as follows and is located at floor level, just under the WisEye TVs.

Input | 1080i HD-SDI

Output 1 | Composite breakout to feed the TV in the room

Output 2 | 1080i HD-SDI output for media

WisEye Pool 2 – Assembly Feed

This is a 1080i branded feed used to feed an AJA breakout box. Each box is configured in this manner and is located at the floor level, just under the WisEye TVs.

Input | 1080i HD-SDI input

Output 1 | Composite breakout to feed the TV in the room
