Newsmakers: 2024 Review of the Deer Hunting Season
Wisconsin’s main 2024 gun deer season is now complete, but some significant changes to how the state manages its deer population are already underway for 2025. While this year’s season was a success by many accounts, the public is asking for change in the north and the DNR is hoping for improved hunter effort in the south.
