The Department of Administration Secretary-designee Kathy Blumenfeld has been extraordinarily busy since she took the helm of the agency in January 2022. Not only has she led the most recent state biennial budget process, she is working to address state workforce shortages, was put in charge of administering the Governor’s Clean Energy Plan, and, she along with her staff, is overseeing the allocation and distribution of an unprecedented amount of federal pandemic relief funds.
