On May 18, 2022, Newsmakers Host Lisa Pugh sat down with outgoing state Representative Jeremy Thiesfeldt of Fond du Lac, who was first elected to represent the 52nd Assembly District in November 2010. A career teacher, he’s chaired the influential Assembly Committee on Education since 2015, and is Vice-Chair of the Assembly Committee on Constitution and Ethics. In December he announced he’s leaving his job in the capitol – on Newsmakers we find out if he will return to the classroom or has other plans.
