Newsmakers: New Rules for Officer-Involved Deaths

Two Assembly leaders – Republican Rep. Garey Bies, of Sister Bay, and Democratic Rep. Chris Taylor, of Madison – want Wisconsin to write the first statewide law governing how officer-involved deaths are investigated.
