Supreme Court Oral Arguments: State v. Artic

Oral arguments from the Wisconsin State Supreme Court on case 2008AP880-CR – State v. Robert L. Artic, Sr. In this criminal case, the Supreme Court is asked to review whether a warrantless entry by police was valid, given the circumstances in this case, and if there should be a rule barring fruits of any search or seizure where police are alleged to have manufactured exigent circumstances.
