Election Matters 2025: Year in Review: Democracy Litigation in SCOTUS and the States

On July 10, 2025, the State Democracy Research Initiative and the Elections Research Center at UW-Madison will host a “Year in Review: Democracy Litigation in SCOTUS and the States.” The panel will review major cases from the past year, highlighting significant democracy-related decisions at both the state and federal levels.
