LWV of Wisconsin: 60th Voting Rights Act Celebration

On August 6, 2025, the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin will host “The 60th Anniversary of the 1965 Voting Rights Act” at the State Capitol along with honoring the 50th Anniversary of Section 203, the 1975 amendment which expanded language access to ensure all citizens have the right to vote without barriers.
