Newsmakers: The "Uninstructed" Vote in Wisconsin
Wisconsinites head to the polls for the state’s presidential preference primary tomorrow – April 2nd – and there is a box on the ballot you may not have noticed before, but it’s getting considerable attention in this election. A group of advocates is encouraging voters to mark “uninstructed” on their ballots.
