Newsmakers: A Preview of Clarke v. WEC
The Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments tomorrow, Tuesday, November 21st in a case that has the potential to upend the entire State Legislature. Interested parties will be weighing in on if the state’s current legislative map is constitutional – and if not, what should be done about it.
