Wisconsin homeowners and renters are facing an unprecedented affordability crisis, an issue that has been forcing candidates for office from the local to federal level to propose solutions. So will the American Dream of home ownership remain out of reach for many state residents and will renters continue to spend a record percentage of their income on housing?
