Senators gaveled out of the final floor period for the legislative session last week – calling an end to what has been a blur of activity since the first of the year. While there were a few hints of bi-partisan agreement, several promising bills didn’t cross the finish line. Legislators also left Madison with new maps and a list of retirements.
