On April 8, 2009, Meredith Clanfield interviewed Lt. Governor Barbara Lawton about education issues, including financial aid, advice for parents about affordability of higher education for their children, incentives for students to enter green business sectors, the state of K-12 and higher education in Wisconsin and the Lt. Governor’s initiative called Wisconsin Connects, a program to prepare students for the global economy. The interview took place in the Lt. Governor’s office at the State Capitol.
