Newsmakers: Update on the Speaker's Task Force on Artificial Intelligence
Members of the Speaker’s Task Force on Artificial Intelligence have introduced their report and legislation that they hope strikes a balance between protecting consumers and allowing the AI economy to thrive in Wisconsin. Sometimes referred to as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the explosion of Artificial Intelligence has state legislatures across the country rushing to regulate. Task Force Chair Republican Representative Nate Gustafson joins WisconsinEye’s Newsmakers on February 1, 2024 to preview their work. Democrat member Representative Samba Baldeh intended to join but was unable to attend.
