Newsmakers: WisconsinEye Endowment Grant and Future Plans
This year’s biennial budget had its share of winners and losers, but there is one issue we have not yet highlighted on this program – an endowment grant for WisconsinEye. The grant – which will match up to $10 million in funds raised by WisconsinEye – was one of the only items to pass the Joint Finance Committee with strong bi-partisan and unanimous support. On July 17, 2023, WisconsinEye’s Newsmakers features a discussion about the grant, the history of WisconsinEye and what the public can expect in the year ahead.
