News Conference: Wisconsin Video Choice Coalition

The Wisconsin Video Choice Coalition held a news conference in the Senate Parlor at the State Capitol September 24 to announce the results of a consumer poll on video competition. The coalition is comprised of more than a dozen other labor, business and community organizations in Wisconsin, including the Communications Workers of America, Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups, African American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Milwaukee, Ministerial Alliance Against the Digital Divide, Women Impacting Public Policy, United Community Center, Wisconsin Technology Council, Wisconsin Supplier Development Council, American Homeowners Grassroots Alliance, Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce and the Wisconsin Independent Business Association. The coalition supports a bill in the legislature, also known by supporters as the Wisconsin Video Competition Act.
