Senate Committee on Health and Human Services

On November 20, 2019, the Senate Committee on Health and Human Services held a public hearing on bills relating to suicide prevention, allowing reimbursement of certain expenses for patients participating in cancer clinical trials, practicing as a physician assistant or nurse while performing official duties for the armed services or federal health services, certificates for advance directives and findings of in capacity related to power of attorney for health care, and permitting pharmacists to prescribe certain contraceptives.
