Senate Committee on Natural Resources and Energy

On January 8, 2020, the Senate Committee on Natural Resources and Energy held an executive session followed by a public hearing on bills relating to time limits for correcting violations found by the environmental compliance audit program, regulating fire fighting foam that contains PFAs, lead testing in drinking water, lake and river protection management grants for floating treatment wetlands, school district revenue limit adjustment for energy efficiency projects, funding for county snowmobile trails and areas, regulation of all-terrain vehicles and utility terrain vehicles, wildlife damage abatement and claim program, general permit for hydrologic restoration projects, and watershed enhancement in the village of Plover in Portage County.
