Wisconsin Supreme Court Oral Argument: Michael Anderson v. Town of Newbold

On October 1, 2020, the Wisconsin Supreme Court heard oral arguments on Michael Anderson v. Town of Newbold. Case #18AP547. This is a review of a decision of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District III that affirmed an order of the Oneida County Circuit Court, Judge Patrick F. O’Melia, presiding, which, in turn, affirmed the authority of the Town of Newbold to enforce a subdivision ordinance which requires a minimum 225 foot lot width at the ordinary high water mark on Lake Mildred.
