On September 8, 2026, the Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on State v. Noah Q. Mann-Tate. Case Number 2024AP2585-CR. This is a review of a decision by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District I (headquartered in Milwaukee), which reversed a Milwaukee County Circuit Court order, Judge Jane Carroll presiding, that denied defendant Noah Q. Mann-Tate’s motion for reverse waiver under WIS. STAT. § 970.032(2).
