Customers First Power Breakfast: Affordability and the Customer Experience

On September 15, 2026, Customers First will host a Power Breakfast featuring leaders on energy affordability issues, with a special keynote from Dr. Destenie Nock, a professor who has done breakthrough research identifying and addressing the needs of customers who may be unaware of available programs for home weatherization, efficient appliances, or financial assistance. Opening remarks will be given by Commissioner Kristy Nieto, Public Service Commission of WI, and panelists include:
- Dr. Destenie Nock, PhD, Associate Professor, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University
- Tom Content, Executive Director, Citizens Utility Board of Wisconsin
- De’Kendrea Stamps, Customer Engagement & Community Services, Madison Gas & Electric
- Anna Stieve, Director of Energy Efficiency and Electrification, WPPI Energy
