On September 15, 2026, the Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on Sierra Club v. Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Case Number 2024AP673. This is a review of a decision by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District IV (headquartered in Madison), which reversed a Dane County Circuit Court order, Judge Frank D. Remington presiding, that denied petitioner-appellant Sierra Club’s motion for summary judgment.
