On September 23, 2026, the Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on State v. Jonathan James Petersen. Case Number 2024AP581-CR. This is a review of a decision by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District II (headquartered in Waukesha), which affirmed a Kenosha County Circuit Court order, Judge Anthony G.
