Campaign 2026: On the Issues – Marquette Law School Poll

On September 30, 2026, Marquette University Law School will host an event to discuss results of a new statewide poll featuring Charles Franklin, professor of law and public policy and director of the Marquette Law School Poll, and Derek Mosley, director of the school’s Lubar Center for Public Policy Research and Civic Education. The Marquette Law School Poll’s September survey of Wisconsin considers the governor’s race between Democrat David Crowley and Republican Tom Tiffany, perceptions of candidate and party ideology, and approval of the president, governor, legislature, and state Supreme Court. New this month is an expanded look at data centers and the state’s economy, including views on artificial intelligence, the costs and benefits of data centers, desired manufacturing development, business tax incentives, and which party helps business.
