On October 6, 2026, the Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on State v. Samuel R. Osornio. Case Number 2024AP2368-CR. This is a review of a decision by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District IV (headquartered in Madison), which reversed a Columbia County Circuit Court order, Judge Todd J.
