On August 5, 2019, WisconsinEye Senior Producer Steve Walters interviewed Director of Research & Analytics for Forward Analytics, Inc., Dale Knapp. Their conversation looked into the Forward Analytics report: An Economic Evolution: Job Growth, Pay and Education Since 2012. The report, from the research division of the Wisconsin Counties Association, shows a growing economy in which jobs require more education and skills. It also documents an economy in which job growth is not occurring in low paying occupations, but in those further up the pay scale. The interview took place in the WisconsinEye Studios in Madison, WI.
