News Conference: Gov. Evers PFAS Bill Signing

On April 6, 2026, Gov. Tony Evers delivered on a key promise he made to ensure Wisconsinites have clean, safe drinking water, fight PFAS, and protect kids and families from harmful contaminants by signing Assembly Bills (AB) 130 and AB 131. Together, these bills facilitate the release of the $125 million in stalled PFAS investments.
