News Conference: Legislative Republicans Introduce Community Solar Bill

On March 21, 2023, State Senator Duey Stroebel (R-Cedarburg), Representatives Scott Krug (R-Rome) and Rob Brooks (R-Saukville), Wisconsin landowners, and small business leaders unveiled community solar legislation that allows Wisconsin residents access to energy generated by small-scale solar projects. Currently, over 20 states allow community solar, and demand is increasing across the nation.
